I don't think I saw Spice and Wolf on that list, that's a good one to check out.

Konosuba is pretty funny, Blend S is good, Another is pretty awesome, Black Lagoon is amazing as fuck.

I've only read the manga but monster has an anime idk about MW but it's a really good short read

For anime
Dragon ball z isn't on the list even though GT save yourself time and just read the manga or watch kai though you probably already watched it

You don't have either Full metal alchemist I recommended either reading the manga you pleb or brotherhood edition.

For sports there are hajime no ippo and
Prince of tennis are a pretty good shounen battle anime with sport elements.
Baby steps is good to, very cute.

I thought that the Yu-Gi-Oh! by toei was pretty interesting if you have a soft spot in your brain for Yu-Gi-Oh!

I have good memories of Junjou Romantica and Ouran highschool Host Club but its been a decade since I watched them so idk.

Ichi the Killer (has an ova but i haven't seen it), Kokou no Hito, Holyland are pretty good if you are still angsty

oh for comedy you should also watch Nichijou and The Boondocks
Boku No Pico is good if you like shota ;)

Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, Baki the Grappler I just remember their stories being a clusterfuck

There are also a lot of good light novels, Xianxia novels, Wuxia etc I notice you have some anime that are derived from popular LN which you could use as a starting point if you haven't started already, furthermore https://www.novelupdates.com/ is a good tool for finding books/ relevant translation sites you might like.
imo I Shall Seal the Heavens is a good Xianxia to start with

I don't think Boondocks is what people are looking for when they say anime, but I will back up the recommendation to watch it if you never had the chance. For it's age, you would be damn surprised how well the commentary holds up

Serial Experiments Lain, Ergo Proxy, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, Black Lagoon, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Samurai Champloo. Also I wouldn't really recommend finishing Death Note. The only worthwhile episode at that point is the last one.

I think it's worth it the first time around assuming you where not forcing yourself through it before Episode 26.

Maybe that's the Mello fan in me wishing more people knew him as a badass idk

Also check out Magi. It's basically Aladdin the anime but WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY better. Also fun fact: the writer for Magi wrote the story based on the tales of 1000 nights in Arabia, so that's neat
