why?

massclaiming is dumb here because there is no confirmation besides given word from a claim from a player

if we all have to really be bad and resort to massclaiming to have an edge in winning the game, it is best to do it any time after a night phase happened because there is visual representation of what a role did with its power (aka vigi has proof of their kill)
