This thread just made me buy bread and rice after work for tonight (big fan of all three, just usually wouldn't feel like actually preparing anything, and usually don't just eat plain bread but going to tonight)

As far as i know noodles come from soy, pasta comes from wheat. They're different. But i guess i'm the only one here to have pasta everyday haha

I figured noodle is just a blanket term to describe all of that stuff.
But I realize pasta is its own thing, like idk if you'd say lasagna has noodles.. w/e

I weight 65 and i do mild phisical activity, but in the long run most people do get fat/obese, especially those who eat excessive amounts. Almost everyone here has pasta every day, both lunch and dinner. Didn't you know?
