I read your post the first time and you said it was because of cumulative scoring, which again D7 wasn't planned and this file was already D6's final. Had D7 been planned in the first place the files would have been much harder throughout.

Whatever way you're interpreting that post, it shouldn't matter since I am clarifying that I have no issues with the scoring system used and the way divisions were broken up. The cumulative system is fine, so long as the respective skill sets showcased by the players have been represented equally in the song choices. The fact that this file so grossly emphasizes mini-bursts distorts the weighting of skill sets to the point where the rankings will be poor reflections of actual overall FFR skill. I hope that cleared up what I was trying to say. I myself wasn't even involved in the conversation talking about whether or not to have D7. You bring up a good point though that the difficulty should be harder throughout if the additional division is to be successfully implemented.

SMW While Taking Mushrooms is great fun. I really like the bizarre rhythms and jump jacks in the last handstream, it's an interesting challenge.

I'm super stoked that you guys enjoyed it! Makin' me all warm and fuzzy inside, especially considering who these comments are from.

I actually stepped the whole thing initially, but decided to cut out the first 6 minutes of it because of difficulty inconsistency and generally becoming tedious.
Also, the ending may seem like a troll, but it's hard to do climax theory on a FGO.

The end feels better than what I imagine it would feel like if you had used [34] or [12] jumps.

it's [24] jumpjacks then [13] then [14] for the ending (nonmirror). there's no break or ease into or between those lol. Would've been more manageable if there was [34] or [12] for the second jumpjack change but nop.

Alright finally gave Unconnected. a serious run and will say that the patterns are actually pretty friendly for what type of file it is, and that makes me really happy

I've been consulted for unconnected, yeah this file is a type of hyper technical file and I doubt steps have natural density for this song, but the structure/patterns are acceptable for this difficulty range and has good scoring factors for the round/very skilled players.

Apologies for the bump but this has to be said

The Strategy of Emperor
Musician: KV
Step Artist: Tidus810
Difficulty: 64
Song Length: 1:47

Fantastic chart dude. Plays like a king. Even after I AAA it I see myself revisiting it.

Bloody Tears
Musician: S.S.H.
Step Artist: hi19hi19
Difficulty: 73
Song Length: 2:51

I'm torn between this chart and Undiscovered Colors being the best charts for the tourney. A+ Chart 100% Will be playing this a lot in the future. (Has a very Holy Orders feel to it I might add.)

Playing Super Mario World While Taking Mushrooms
Musician: Shnabubula
Step Artist: SKG_Scintill
Difficulty: 91
Song Length: 3:05

This and Sleep tie for worst charts this entire tourney that I've seen. Please stop stepping like this Scin x.x'

I for one loved sleep and shrooms. They're just so fast paced to the point where it becomes fun. Also shrooms is a sick song.

Sleep has anchored poorly thought out patterns and shrooms is simply put overcharted. But that's just in my opinion.
