Well I know there have been debates on alt accounts before. Technically the person is getting the scores legit, but they're also flooding the ranks on another account when they have their main on there already. I'm actually not 100% sure on how this will be handled yet. I'm waiting to hear back from other staff.

Sprite- said he was fine with scores as long as they were achieved legitimately (aka not botted or bypassed) but then when I made alts for Death Piano, Velocity removed all of them and said he didn't care that I got them legitimately.

You guys have to decide what is done in a situation like that

This is another example of how the admins aren't on the same page with eachother. But let's not get into that here.

I say they should be removed. But then again they were achieved legitimately.

I still think alts and 3+ year old inactive accounts levelranks should be ghosted; there to look at, but they don't count towards the grand scheme of ranking :/, except 3+ year inactive accounts would get unghosted should they ever return.

okay so this would pose so many problems for people who share IP and Computers, but no one seems to get it.

Essentially who ever was first to play on my IP will have the rights to recording scores, so if it was me, Herogashix automatically will have his ranks ghosted and vice versa.
There's no way around that. Stop caring so much about the avranks getting ruined on songs that can be AAA'd. srsly. :C

Wait how would that pose a problem to people who share computers? We're talking about like obvious alts here. Zierg made quite a few, Dossar has made them, OWA, etc and most have been admitted to. (too many names to list lol)

Well, okay yeah if you mean a list that's hand made, but assuming the admins and mods don't want to have to do that, there would have to be an automatic way to do it, and that would pose problems like I said before. D:

Also I couldn't give less a fuck if this account was wiped, it was made outta boredom (something like that one alt Sprite had and wanted to see if he could make Tier 1 playing all the songs once). But if this account's getting wiped, then all alt accounts should be wiped. Otherwise no dice on that one from me.
