You have to take into account how long you can tolerate eating this one item. What taste and texture combination will you NEVER tire of?
For some reason, I'm having a hard decision between chicken nuggets, some sort of liquid diet (e.g. slim fast, ensure, shakes of some kind), and (quite simply) bread.

If I was able to gather up all of the proper ingredients to make an authentic Mexican taco time and time again, I would eat it until I died.

Reason being because there's a lot of chains that don't exactly do the food justice. You can get some good Mexican food from chains, but you can get some really great stuff from family-owned restaurants that pass down specific recipes and such.

I'd have to say black or pinto beans, but just for nutrition value.
If it weren't limited to one item, I would chose corn, black beans, strawberries, and some sort of dairy. |
