Hey, Slide The cup over so it slips and goes onto the handle, Then tilt the pole so the cup stays upright then slowly move it towards the window then dump it out the window pull the pole back in then attempt to smother the flames or jab the pole into the ground to break the floor.
If all else fails just run to the window and sit on the ledge.

See this is why an arm reacher comes in handy lol, you just use that to grab the cup carefully so you can grip it and get that into your hands.
