There's practically like no mashing songs in ffr except for vertex beta vrofl, and maybe death piano but that's basically it.

Plus, if someone says that it's easy to just mindlessly press all four buttons at once and mash as fast as you can requires no skill, try making them play songs like Dear Arch and they'll be owned lmfao

We had breaks sometimes cus are teacher would randomly disappear for like 4 days in a row. Then she got fired.

To all people saying you can't mindlessly play FFR... After about 30 seconds of playing my reflexes take over 100% and I generally end up staring at the screen, occasionally even being distracted by something and forgetting to LOOK at the screen (and failing the level miserably, of course). I usually end up thinking deep about something completely different, like school.

It's a rip-off of a rhythm game for the PS, Bust-a-Groove. Audition is ****, though. BAG was pretty damn awesome

It's a good excuse to buy a new keyboard and speaker system

Its fun......

As for peoples reactions. Everyone has different reactions. My jock popular friends think its funny and chirp me about it. None of them have ever posted in a forum O.o So when they found out i posted in the forum they thought i was so obsessed. My less popular friends think its cool.
Being good at ffr isnt something i go around telling people lol. I kinda keep to myself about it.

As a lot of other people have said, there's basically no mashing. I mash sometimes though.

A lot of people I know don't even know I play FFR/DDR/SM and they themselves play it. I don't know why. I guess its cause they never asked me if I played. Not their business unless they ask.
Mashing isn't too big of a problem in FFR or SM or DDR (i wanna see some footmashing obby~~)

this is kind of how my friends are.
I have my omw shirt on probably once every other week so people know I play, but I never start conversations about it.

My friends all think I either memorize the patterns of the arrows or that I play like 5 hours a day. Usually the latter.
I tell them that it's no different than guitar hero, and being the average guitar hero ******, they scoff at the remark and say that guitar hero takes skill and is fun.

it's quite sad

I hope you mean 'latter'. Also, I've noticed that the more I play Guitar Hero, I'm getting a little better.

I play it because I feel like I have power over those damn arrows when I can hit every single one. Get it?

Well if he's not actually referring to mashing and just referring to the fact that it's a game based on pounding keys...then I sometimes wonder the same question myself. =/
