Re: Show your sketching!
So if I wanted you to sketch me, Spitfire (Or anyone, for that matter), should I just send you a picture of me?

Re: Show your sketching!
Backyard picture is incredible! I don't have that much drawing skill whatsoever, so every single sketch in this thread is like, godly to me.
EDIT: And Spitfire, my picture is in the pyp thread, choose either one.

Re: Show your sketching!
I make portrait sketches for people I know. I don't generally sketch people I don't know unless they're for quick practice sketches but then I find it easier to just randomly search for faces on google or something like that.
Anyway, not really a sketch, but an environment practice speedpainting done in about 30/45 minutes:

Re: Show your sketching!
Looove the colour and lighting Spitfire :3
Cool stuff Kiani. Here's some more stuff I've been doing at work. The last one is probably one of my fav drawings from this year :] ^Heart flower thing... lol Abstract representation of human organs. A bit disproportioned of course! This is for personal interpretation. Synesthesia imagery I got while listening to space ambient music at work. More synesthesia based imagery. (My personal fav <: )

Re: Show your sketching!
Had to headdesk to grind this much out for now lol.
I hate how I don't draw much if any anymore. Feels like starting from grounds up every time I try to get back into it, makes me die a little on the inside. edit: been doing some martial arts, I guess it effects what comes out intuitively now.

Re: Show your sketching!
This isn't really a sketch but I did t think it was thread worthy and I don't think there's a thread for finished artwork so I'll post it here
edit: just noticed that the quality of the image looks like shit. ~_~ w/e the shading is a lot smoother than what this image shows. I'm satisfied with how everything can out except for the hair. I suck at hair so much and **** it. reference pic:

Re: Show your sketching!
The first one in the top left corner has 2 right hands lol. The thumb on the bottom hand is on the wrong side.
Nice sketches though everyone. I've been sketching way too little as well. I'll start again right now

Re: Show your sketching!
the thumb on the bottom left is fine its just that the tip is weirdly shaped and the line thats suppose to bridge the index and thumb isnt well defined(at least thats how i see it since im able to pose my hand like that)

Re: Show your sketching!
I'm not talking about the bottom left hand, I'm talking about the bottom hand of the top left sketch.
