Yes, because there isn't anything wrong with it. Good for him, he touched a tit. What the **** is that a big deal? He probably had no clue there was anything sexual about it. And even if he did, I still don't see a problem.

You should have sex when you feel like you should have sex. People in today's culture act like sex should be tabooed for anyone not 18 or so. It's ****ing retarded. As long as you teach kids to use condoms, then there is nothing wrong with them having sex. In fact, It's one of the healthiest activities you can participate in. Your body doesn't tell you to have sex so you can withhold the urge for years.

I didn't say anything about having sex before the age of eighteen. Where did that come from?

And he now basically knows that there's something up with touching a woman's chest, seeing how his mother pressed charges on this girl.

Also, it stated that he did the dare willingly, but I'm wondering how willingly he did the dare.
