Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Just picked up this bad boy for the 360 on my way home from work. Pretty hype especially since I've never even owned a gta before

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
Police are aggressive as hell. You could just lightly bump their cruiser and they'll get out and start shooting holes into you and your car. They won't bother pulling you from your car.
No firetrucks/stations; just police and ambulance. |

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
The soundtrack is golden. Arguably the best soundtrack since Vice City. Love the graphics, breathtaking skylines, draw distances, skies. The driving seemed weird to me at first - almost like MC:LA driving, but it's already grown on me. Love, love, love this game. It's easier to move on foot with your characters compared to IV. The police's artificial intelligence is mind-boggling, and the weapons are nice.
Car variety is there, and the size of the map is just ridiculous. I love it. Only thing, at this point, that I'm hoping for is: 1. enterable restaurants (fast food like in GTA IV) 2. include formal, fancy restaurants to eat at 3. allow Michael to take his wife out places 4. a poker/hold em in SP and online that is identical to RDR - along with blackjack and slots 5. more noticeable car damage 6. slow down acceleration of cars just a tiny bit 7. purchasable real estate that serve as safe houses (not too many, but some) 8. ability to buy dope from dealers on the street 9. ability to sell drugs to people (drug selling mini game) 10. ability to rob houses at night (would really make good use of stealth mode - like SA) 11. gang wars and waves of gang members come towards you (like San Andreas) There are firefighters and stations, just not as much as in GTA IV. |

Yeah there are plenty of firetrucks. I found a gas can and can now randomly light stuff on fire if I choose. Firetrucks show up a lot.

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
On that note, Vice City still holds a place to me. Like it more than San Andreas and GTA IV, even if both games have better mechanics all around.

Actually on that note, does the military come after you after 6 stars again? I missed that in GTA IV

Re: Grand Theft Auto V
I broke into the military base and died within 15 seconds. Probably the only way to get to 6 stars.
