I'll very likely submit a few things to this. If I somehow manage to get 1 or 2 files in I think I'll be happy. Even though I'm putting a few things together into my own silly little pack soon (lolshamelessplug), I'll still have a few files lying around that I think might make the cut. I'll have to dig around a bit.

don get so upset bro

just dont see the point in sending files you both accepted but rejected last minute to another pack you're judging for.

I stepped a 9 (like the 2nd ever 9 i ever stepped) it has some half turns and a few double steps because i wanted to keep it from getting repetitive and i wanted the ending to be a bit harder. Theres 1 spin because it felt cool and there some hands that werent really needed but i thought it would spice up the ending.

I love how everyone is talking about strict quality control like it's a bad thing.

Anyways, I might send something into this. I've started making new charts again.

Too much quality control with pad packs IS a bad thing. Since you cant really use pitch relevancy and super technical accuracy with pad files, controlling the "quality" too much just makes every file in the pack almost carbon copies of each other

(~Zero~) Daite Senorita
Nothing notable about the file that made it stand out. Lots of crossovers make it a bit more enjoyable but coming from you this file was really bland and boring. Kinda disappointed me considering you usually poop out quality pad stuff. Maybe/Pending.

(Wyde) Destination)
Trills are acceptable. Only thing that irks me is the song choice. why does everyone keep stepping this god damn song jesus christ. Accepted nonetheless.

(Kommisar) Monty on the Run
Amazing BPM gimmicks. Really fun chart. Accepted.

(Buizel) Mystic Oriental Love Consultant
Feels a bit understepped and inconsistent but file is alright. Mine placement was pretty nice. Accepted.

(Wyde) Space Dog
48th notes are acceptable. Adds a nice unique/creative factor. Overall chart is stepped well. Accepted.

(JenovaSephiroth) ToKiMoNaTaKaNiMeKaT
Awesome chart. Loved the jump placements and the hands are pretty creative. Crossovers were exceptionally well placed. Accepted.

(Wyde) Tsugaru 180 New Version
Straightforward and pretty much like every other Tsugaru file in existance. Nothing really stood out to me though. Accepted.

I'm very impressed with all the submissions we've received so far.

Yes I know Destination has been stepped up the ass. I just wanted to try and do the song justice unlike 90% of the charts I've seen for it. :P

Good to know my stuff is liked so far though. Makes me feel all fuzzy inside.

And regarding pitch relevancy in pad files...I do consider that as possible. When I try to apply it, it's more to do with spacing than anything else, which is why I'm very conscious of candlestick, minijacks and crossover patterns in my files as of late. I also use the down and up arrows as a very loose basis for high and low pitched sounds, but I don't focus on that very much. Well that's how I try to do things nowadays anyway.

(Patashu) Gryphons Of The West
file had okay rhythms, and use of mines and holds were cool, but playing this file on a pad makes me feel like a gymnast, and they are gay.
