Our party was rather good. We had 5 people and we got everything but 1 document... Well, We had 2 people take the top caves (the short ones) and then 3 of us went in that first cave in the bottom right corner because you have to split up in that one. Once we cleared those out, the 3 of us went to the other bottom one on the left and the people on the top took the middle ones. We ended up meeting up in cave 16 and actually finished just barely. However, some retard missed a document so we didn't get the scrolls. I think we finished with 3 minutes left.

Afro: You are a terrible listener. I told you guys where the guide was. That it was on sw and in either the hunting grounds or general. You guys started without even looking. I told you it at least 3 times 'cause you guys kept on asking about where it was, or at least, Eric was. Then you all are like "what do we do??" while in it and I told you guys to quit it and restart after looking up how to do it on sw first. After you guys quit the PQ, you start mentioning about looking for the guide on hs, right after I had just said it was on sw (along with the previous times I stated that). Joey had heard me and went and found the post and took down all the information. All you had to do was listen to him. Instead, you left.

Good job all of you for wasting each others' time going there, orbis scrolls, and my scroll to the dead mine. You guys had the plan. Joey had it all. It's a simple "you take these 3 top mines, and there are so and so many docs and keys in this and this and this... you go to these 3 mines ... and this and this". Running around like chickens with your heads cut off..... :P

On another note, the 49 atk I wanted was sold to another guy. The wait continues, while using my 46 atk claw and being a normal damage fuuuucking hermit still. Oh, and finally found something other than a china top/bottom: below avg helios. Good NPC food (also a shield on gig vikings). But the helios was the first in 3 or so levels that wasn't a china top/bottom, and each of those levels I only got 1-2 each level.... like come on... urgh.

From today:

Going to gigs for a few minutes.

Ice strike is awesome.

A cleric is me~!

I finally decided to stick with my original longtime intention of becoming a cleric (yes longtime, I'm talking since beta). Even though the Thunderbolt attack was mighty tempting....

I was so excited with my newfound ability of lv. 1 Heal that I jumped into a pit of zombie mushies and started spamming. I did a beautiful 1 damage to each, and became determined to kill the mob that way. The sound of Heal-spamming going on for minutes must have been annoying to others in the channel XD

Eventually my friend (a wizard) came down with his Maple sword to help me do 1 damage with crazy birthday messages popping up to add to the humor.

It was amazing.

Jason-- there was a lot of party chat and stuff going on, so it was really confusing to try to get through bains without dying and pay attention to every line of chat that was happening >_>

And that is essentially what we did the second time in-- but then Jay had to go and Peanut died with a key, and .. yeah. Maybe... this afternoon? I don't wanna go all the way out and then all the way back >_>

Yeah, we had a good system, and it was working.

I was the only one with a list, so if someone said something like, "Anything in 9-1?" I'd say, "No, key from box and 1 doc in 9-2 though."

Then peanut died. I wanted to try one more time but Eric had to go, it'll be easier with 6 people.

Of course it would be much easier if EVERYONE had a list, but I can still direct.

EDIT: ALSO, NOBODY LISTENED TO ME JESUS CHRIST. The first try with the system nobody realized what I was doing until about 5 minutes in. Then when Maple disconnected me with a key (which has only happened like, one other time in my whole time playing MS), no one noticed me saying I had been disconnected and that they couldn't continue. My guess is they had the chat box minimized because the mine places are really low and it's hard to see when the box is open. Oh well, we'll get it next time.

Yeah, we should go in there with a full on plan next time. Give everyone a set of caves for them and count on them to know what to do, rather than one person trying to guide everyone.

I'm open for right after school. I can door and party anyone who isn't there (or who left). We can do it, I'm sure.

IMPORTANT

May 11th is 3 days away now. 3 days is maybe enough time to plan out what you intend to do on the day.

Believe me, this is coming from an experienced 2x EXP person. I know the right and wrong of what I did during that time. Had I planned out my character better, Squeak the Priest would be well over 100 at this point. I ended 2x EXP with 4 days of playing and at level 42, which is much higher than most people got, but much lower than what it should have been.

Here is what you should do.

1) BLOW A LOT OF YOUR MONEY ON POTIONS. You don't want to be running back and forth for potions. Fill your USE inventory (sans one slot in case a scroll drops) with the best potions you can get.

(Note) I was stupid and actually waited to let MP regen and wasted a lot of time on meaningless things for the first 2 days. After that, I blew all of my mesos on potions and barely earned any of it back. 2x EXP means you gain a level twice as fast, thus, you earn half of the funds.

2) PLAN OUT YOUR ITINERARY. Know where you're going to be and do not move from that location unless somewhere better opens up for you. Know the enemies you kill. Know how many shots it takes to kill them and do not worry about how much you spend to do so. During this time, money loss is inevitable. It's for a just cause. OVERKILL IS OK.

(Note) I actually did this part right. I knew exactly what enemies to kill and I did not waste time exploring the new map that was Ossyria. I stuck with what I could train against all the way through 42. My only problems were going to Nath for my level 38 stuff and making a mule for the times my friends weren't there to help me leech my level 9 Magician.

3) CLEAR YOUR INVENTORY. Store / sell anything that won't be useful to you during the time period that 2x is on. You do not want to get full on arrows or monster leftovers, or worse, equips.

Remember folks, this is 2x EXP and Drops for 12 hours. There is going to be a lot of competition over training spots. There will be a lot of annoying things. LET THEM HAPPEN. Getting into a fight with someone slows down your training. This is the time where you let your splurge for gaining EXP SHINE. You waste money, you waste time to talk to friends, etc. But it's absolutely necessary. It's only for 12 hours, then little 2-hour bursts. If you have to disable buddy chat, then do so.

I personally will be playing my Priest and I intend to get him to level 90 in those 12 hours. I have to work for 5 of those hours. No problem.

I'll probably be at soul teddies for 2x drops and 2x exp. Good money and good exp. No need to go anywhere else.

Although, I probably will go down to Cerebres during 2x drop and try for DR.

I'll probably be at Coolies, but I know it's going to be SUPER crowded... I'm also taking the day off from school (no more AP testing FTW), so I'll be in for the full 12. If not, I might hit Jetis, or even Luster Pixies... any suggestions on how to hold Forest 4? Lol... I guess I'll just be a jerk and ks if people won't cc. ^_^

I'm actually not quite sure where I will be. I was thinking about being at buffys because NOBODY is ever there and it is almost as fast as zombies. The only thing I really dislike is the huge map, but it isn't a problem if I party with my hermit friends. I might consider pixies, but they are so boring (I trained on them for almost 20 levels...) and zombies are out of the question unless I get a channel extremely early. What do you guys think? First, I need to decide between ludi and ossy...

I wouldn't bother trying to get a zombie map, ckj.

I just told my mom I want Thursday off so I can get stuff done around here (I had this last Thursday off to do things as well). I used the excuses that I'm too lazy on the weekends and too lazy after work.. haha.. I'll clean my room Wednesday night, so it looks like I did it during Thursday. However, there is a stupid lien sale of peoples' units Thursday and they may want me there (why? the owner handles that). Uhh, I'll make sure to get it off though, even if I fake sick Wednesday afternoon. :P

At the moment, I have ~500 summoning rocks. I'll only need 240 to nonstop train for 12 hours. Of course, I'll start an hour early and get a party together for vikings... mmmm.. 2700 exp for what I kill... 1100-1200 for what they kill... extra chances for scarabs and ilbis to drop. ;D

IF ONLY I HAD A FUUUCKING 49 ATK DARK SCARAB I WOULD KILL FASTER.

Buffys it is. The bad thing is that I'm in Cali which means Pacific time which means I'll be missing at least 6 hours of the 2x exp. Plus, I have swimming so I won't get home until 6ish... That leaves like 3 hours for me on thursday. =(
