Ugh, I have had the worst luck with those stupid Maple items. My guild has been spending hours upon hours farming various monsters (many many boars, and also bubblings and horned mushies). We've killed thousands of monsters... I alone sold over 1000 boar teeth. And not a single Maple item to show for it. (Well okay, the guild leader did find two Lama Staves without me XP but that was in the beginning, and we have efficiently hunted for many hours since then with no result.)

*whine complain* =( I'm all Mapled out for now.

LvL 15 - 20 on Green Mushies with my alt, no Maple Items. Hunted IDK how many Platoon Chronos searching for a Lama... I did find two Esthers, but no Lama -_-.

Now that I've made my 2nd job advancement, do I still need dexterity? Or do I just put the SP in ___Mastery for accuracy.

And uh LK, getting that skill to level 19 (maxing it is kinda dumb) is the same as having ~24 more dex, so it does help with accuracy. I will say this again, though: level has more to do with hitting a monster than accuracy does!! The best thing to do is keep your dex as low as possible, eventually get a work glove scrolled for dex and maybe a +dex overall that you can switch into when you can't hit things 100% of the time.

I really do hate the immature people on maple who act like they are 5 years old (maybe they are O_O). Here is some sin I partied while at zakum pq. He dies and then he is asking my friend to door him, but she doesn't want to and neither does the rest of the party. After he is expelled...:

Ok, Maple items suck for regular use.

The +Speed on the crossbow is great and the whole average attack being +4 over an average Heckler is neat as well (though mine was 59 (perfect) scrolled to +5), but...

WHAT THE CRAP WHY DO THEY HAVE TO SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALL THE TIME?!

When you press the attack key with a Maple item, it will show that animation. Basically, whenever I fire a regular shot (often), or use it close-range knockback the enemy (even more often), it shows this animation. I cannot get rid of it. I cannot see through it. It's the stupidest thing ever.

I got hit a lot on my way down the tower to Nath because I was shooting stuff and I thought it died but it was just hiding behind the WALL THAT IS THIS STUPID ANIMATION.

Well, here's how it looks.

Anyway, can't you just use double shot or whatever? For close ranges, doesn't that key function the same as if you had used normal attack? I know that's how it is for sins. Basically, I'm saying you should just only use your skills to attack always if it's that much of a problem.

Speaking of dying... I died when I was at the 2nd part of the jq. I was on the last rope, jumped too early, fell into the lava, and died a painful death. However, since my computer is lagtastic today, I actually dced when I died, so I only lost 1% in the process. This is the only time I will actually say I LOVE LAG. Oh, and that guy who wanted door died 3 times while getting over there again =)

When I was hunting for the crossbow, I wanted to use regular attacks because Jr. Sentinels have 600 HP and doing 2,000 damage is slightly overkill and a waste of potions.

Also, I count damage. I know when I've done a DS and all it takes is a regular shot to finish it. There you go.
