Haku is a mess of contradictions this game. I feel like he's normally the kind of person who sticks his feet in the ground on some really ridiculous reads and develops tunnel-vision.

With that said if he's not coming back before EoD, I don't exactly know how to deal with him this phase

from a pragmatic perspective I suppose Zenith would be the best choice here

the downside I see to not resolving Haku early is that I know this won't exactly get much better, and that he won't be around for ANY EoD moving forward per his post
the flip side of that is that I think this game forces a mechanics-based solution in later phases, and his posts in mechanics-oriented games have usually led me to get a good read on him in those types of analyses

zenith, on the other hand, promised to give some fresh hot takes before EoD so I am reserving judgment on that slot until said takes are produced

good point about the mechanics

characters that have appeared and we've got reads on, we can always deal with them once they log in, or with night actions

but say, a green cop read on Zenith doesn't actually help us because if Zenith never comes back, he's "a confirmed green that is dead weight and works against us for voting parity"

if he's red then we kill him anyway. no idea about other PRs like vigis bc we don't know what the setup looks like.

I'm starting to really see why dead weight is better dealt with early on rather than later

it's not very satisfying though

I think it's optimal, especially since the host hasn't mentioned any rules about substitutions

yemp. the biggest reason why inactives kill games. it's not satisfying to lynch them regardless of their alignment, and it's actively detrimental to town to keep them living because of the damage of being wrong on question marks in later days

Toronto in the winter kinda sucks but is also kinda cool cause you don't need to go outside. You can get all around downtown in the underground PATH. Just get ready for lots of slush outside and wet feet

Nah I think you'd see the intentionality by now if you hadn't reacted emotionally.
I think you saw the part about it being bad and got upset and felt I was being mean or condescending or bullying or something and then voted me from an irate or emotional state. Now you're calm and trying to justify it logically but the vote spoke for itself

This particularly felt like he was trying to twist the situation. why would backpack double down and make a second vote if the initial vote was an impulsive emotional response?
