Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
I noticed you're going to put in "My When Clones I Am Out Many" as a standard at 25. This is a little too high. If it were up to me, I'd put it in easy somewhere between See You Dance and Snowflakes at 20 to 23....
MWCIAOM .... is extremely repetitive and its patterns are all easy, possibly excluding the double 4th jacks. The BMP is also low, and the notes are very on-beat. The only thing making it difficult is length, which is easily matched by See You Dance, in terms of notes, anyway. First try I got a SDG, second try I AAA'd.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Disscuss, here's rating.
HELLBEAT v2 (558 Notes / BPM 400) - 69 Idol (Aniko is Pojinju Mix) (1015 Notes / BPM 180) - 63 First Try (452 Notes / BPM 133) - 38 Unknown Girl (1268 Notes / BPM 170) - 70 Gaussian Blur 2 (769 Notes / BPM 135-221) - 74 BB Revenge (2382 Notes / BPM 204) - 83 Vertex BETA (1755 Notes / BPM 200) - 77 BB Evolution (2631 Notes / BPM 210) - 83(82?) DT Rabbit Blood Festival (1085 Notes / BPM 170) - 55 Final Fantasy 3 Boss (781 Notes / BPM 165) - 63 Cash Cow (1002 Notes / BPM 160) - 40 Divinity (1009 Notes / BPM 137) - 64 Ending of BB Evo is hard but beginning to middle parts are easy, so overall BB Rev is clearly harder. I'll adjust 2-2.5 zone again. Last edited by jimerax; 04-10-2007 at 09:50 AM.. |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
I'd put Divinity at 65, but besides that and the easy stuff it all looks good.
Dunno about the easy stuff, don't remember it very well.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
I question the wisdom of putting Silence V1 at the 5.5 level when one comapares it to some of the newer songs that have been released, such as Vertex Beta and Shihen (neither of which I have yet managed to pass). The only thing hard about it is learning to read the song, which is basically one 2-minute stream with a steady dose of jumps. Maybe bump it down to a 5?

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Silence is an extremely stamina-draining song for an up-and-coming player, since the song has no breaks whatsoever from the start of the jumpstream to the end of it. You'll notice that this really isn't true of the 5's. Also, for the more experienced players, it's quite difficult to PA because it's so offbeat (to date only one person has AAA'd it, and it's an OLD file).
It's fine where it is.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
not to mention the lack of a noteskin.
i'd put Evo at 82 and Rev at 83, to differenciate the two. also, i'd put Rabbit Blood a little lower... it's a pretty cake AAA for me, so 55 seemed a few points high. 53, perhaps? i'd need to do some more comparing at the others to make sure IMO, those were just the ones that jumped out a bit.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
42 (F) Let Mom Sleep (490 Notes / BPM 136)
Should this still be a Difficult? I think after the removal of certain steps... I think it should be more a hard Tricky. |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
I knew they took out notes. There used to be green notes but someone removed them.

I think Domani is underrated, the jacks make it much harder than the other 46s. Maybe 47 or 48?

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
Shark's ss of getting half way through it had way more notes than that. That is a fail b/c SM only counts jumps/hands/freezes as one note each, whereas FFR counts them as a lot more.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
oh, ok
Unfortunately, no-one has actually fully completed Vertex beta vrofl yet in FFR, so we have no way of knowing as of yet BTW: The Number of notes is inaccurate, its really 2940 for the SM version |

vrofl has around 5000 notes, anyone who has the sm file can check it easily.

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
I think 4FT3R M3 is underrated. Even though most of the song is difficult, the end is pretty tricky. I would rate it up a little higher..maybe a little more difficult than Kick It.
EDIT: On second thought...without the ending it would probably be under tricky. I think it might be well the way it is. Maybe a little higher up, though. Last edited by Shadow_Hunter; 04-15-2007 at 11:07 PM.. |

CIA Rave v2: 29-30?
That sound right? I'm not sure how hard it is. It seemed to have the stream feel of Breaking the common but not so continuous |

Re: R1 - Actual Song Difficulties V2
rating of this time
Roller Coaster Ride (608 Notes / 145 BPM) - 48 Naisyaodakunyan (808 Notes / 145 BPM) - 60 CIA Rave V2 (545 Notes / 160 BPM) - 26 Spinning With You (876 Notes / 100 BPM) - 50 Amefuri Koneko (881 Notes / 118 BPM) - 64 4F73R is almost fine, it's difficult because of the ending. until the ending, it's like tricky. 4-rame jacks are somewhat hard though.
