Can anyone justify Zakum?

Totally useless for most (if not all) of the MS community. I mean, it's nice to have it- it makes the game more complete.

This event seems awesome enough alone though. 2x exp and some cool maple items sounds like fun.

PS - Level 42. Speed cape and bone helm on = much faster leveling to get to 43 to use my Maple Crossbow!

I gained 103% in one day on my fire mage, levelling me to 48. In that same day, I made a pure int cleric, levelled him to 17. He is now on Windia with another cleric.

Then I got sick in real life from too much MS playing in one day. This is three days later, I'm still sick.

I didn't even use MG, ever, on Squeak. I also did not die at vikings, or harder monsters for that matter. Yeah, I came within 100HP of dying, but you can heal while you're still blinking and regain all that HP, no matter how big the party is.

For the Guild SS contest, I say we all get together at the Ludi station (or wherever there is a railroad) and have a few of us be like "I been workin' on the railroad" and "all the livelong daaaaayyyyy!!" and then somebody could be standing with the F4 face as banditcom whips them and is like "STOP SLACKING!! BACK TO WORK!!" with the F5 face.

Anybody else got a better idea?

IT IS A STAFF, IT CAN BE SCROLLED WITH STAFF SCROLLS, INCREASING MAGIC ATTACK. 7 FRICKIN' SLOTS, SO IF 5/7 60%s WORK, I GET 10 MORE INT!!

Also, I will scroll my cape, oh, and Zakum, whatever, no one can kill it. When I say no one I mean 99.9% of MS.

EDIT: I assume everything is a wand, not a staff, they need to make them the same thing. Anyway, I noticed I made a mistake saying it was a wand before, no need inform me in PM.

Congratulfreakinlations. I don't think my lvl 1x thief is gonna be able to get a maple item by the time the event is over, but if I can try and put immense time into it, I might be able to get it to lvl 4x by the end of the month. Of course, that would mean ALOT of work. And alot of shopping sprees. =\

Not to mention i'm pretty broke. But I still have the leaf earrings, blue bamboo hat, and raggedy cape from the transferring, so I should be able to make up.

Its a temporary 2x exp at certain times during the day/night on certain days.

PS - Do not purchase the Maple Items. PLEASE.

They have a higher droprate than ANYTHING the enemy normally drops. Seriously. They are going to be enormously common in gMS.

I intend to hunt down every single Maple item on my Crossbowman. Not even gonna use the Priest.

Somehow this happens at the same time I'm drowning in schoolwork and studying for finals. Hell, I haven't played MS for so long, I wouldn't be surprised if half my guild left, and everyone deleted me from their buddy lists.</emo>

Llama is much better. I hear that hornies drop them.

All of the other Maple items suck, I'm sure.

PS Llama is only especially awesome for pure int.

As for me, my annoying patching problem is yet again making me download the entire client instead, which is taking hours on my crappy school connection. :/ And every time I play, I lag like armageddon and have to change channels constantly to stay ahead of it...

When I get back in, I will have a guild! It's YARR, for us Piratey types! (...I'm betraying my ninja heritage ;_; )

I wanted us to make a grammar-related guild (for those of us who help noobs, but only if they speak in proper grammar!), but my friend wanted YARR instead. Oh well.
