Taco is really fishy but that isn't really fodder for BS imo. That file is dumb luck when it comes to PA'ing since it's all consistent 2/3 frame placements for the 16th jacks from being 180 bpm (and annoying JS)

It's coo, just give a 1 line sentence of why they are cheating or a rating about how sure you are of them so I have more of an idea of how likely a false positive is.

That is a ridiculously derpy RATO score for WyteBoi192. I've gotten something around 40-20-1-30 on RATO before (when I average rushed jumptrilling transitions) but there isn't any transition in the file that would allow you to get such good accuracy with that average count (not to mention the boos in comparison).
