Sync has been normalized for all of the main content. A few side games might have been left behind but we'll get to those as they come.

Conversion is the next step, which should be nice and simple now

But I've been plowing away at this thing for the past hour and it's definitely still nowhere near where I want this chart to be in terms of quality (perfectionist doesn't even begin to describe me as a person lol). I'm having difficulty trying to balance technicality and actually do-ability (watering down certain patterns really upsets me for some reason)....lol probably shouldn't be making a high FGO/borderline FSO for my first serious attempt at trying to get a file in an engine

I doubt I'll be sending this chart tonight (might have it done by tomorrow night though...if that's the case, I'll PM you?), but seeing your post made me smile haha

You are a person I've been wanting to see a serious chart for, for a while. It was a shock to see a chart from SocoNhydro in the last DF tournament and I really like his aggressive style - he sent another one this tournament that will be pushing D6 to the test again.

It's always good to see players who are really strong making an attempt at solid files.

Ugh, I can never finish stepping a file. 1) I'm a procrastinator and 2) I am also a perfectionist when it comes to anything I consider an art form (although I suck at drawing I still draw extremely slow and try to make everything perfect) and therefore I get like halfway through stepping a file and then I'm like ahhhh taking too long and give up. >.< I wish I could stick to it but I either get tired of the song or tired of struggling to keep everything perfectly in sync and keeping the patterns from being too awkward. D:

AJ and Kayla are probably the only 2 people who support newer simfile artists and encourage them to send files. It makes me smile. :')

yes, you were one of the ones we're stuck on cause I know what it's like to have that kind of skill drop [I was stuck getting D2 scores too] but I know that it can easily come back as well. So it's like you were D4 material before the drop, doing D2 ish scores but the potential is there kinda deal so it was a tossup. But when it's within a subdivision we can move people up or down easily since there's no score difference. We did it with a few people last tourney. And the 2nd part of the message I planned on it, we've just gotten so many that I'm trying to get together something more organized lol.


With that being said I really really need to focus more on getting the songs finished up and such so any placement issues please PM them to me so that I have them in a spot that's easy for me to notice them and doesn't get buried in the thread and I will look over them. I want as fair of competition as possible. And Haku I'll move you up now.

Yeeeaaahhhh, in that case maybe you should put me in D3 A because I was also in D4 before i stopped playing for a while in my last tournament (for the first time) and I got 2nd place. :O

Edit: Although my PA went down pretty bad as I can't even AAA a 7 anymore and I had a few 10s and blackflagged Lawn Wake IV before I had quit, but I agree that I usually improve really fast once I get into the habit of playing consistently again. Lol. :P
