I made mine in PSP7, heh, I tried to "buy" photoshop shop but it kept screwing up...

Pfft, I never even saw an episode of Hellsing :P I thought the character just went well with the bg.

Its easy really, I got graunge brushes then made many layers and set them at different types, only Dodge and Burn. And I used orange. But still I think its pretty good for something made from PSP...

Brain: No, I don't think you can, because PS Elements 2.0 sucks. Get Photoshop CS 8.0. Thats what I use, and it rulez. And that font, btw, is Babylon Industrial. I dont remember where i got it though...
