Because he's ****ing Arnold, that's why. The goal is to be attractive in general. Aesthetic, and pleasing to look at. I suppose in the end it's all opinion, but the majority of women will choose a body like Zyzz's over a body like Arnold's in a second.

Arnold was damn aesthetic though. His physique isn't even much different than Zyzz's, other than the fact he's bigger. His proportions were natural looking despite the fact he was on gear, which is probably why he has remained the king of bodybuilding.

It's not like he looked like Coleman or something, who is just kind of terrifying to look at because his proportions are all out of whack (Legs are way too big, gut is way too fat, back is completely overdeveloped, shoulders too big).

Then again what I really want is to just look like Christian Bale from American Psycho. :P

Ironic when you consider the overall theme of the book/movie. XD

If you only care about the ladies, you don't really need to get very big. Most people would have a pretty ideal body if they're already fairly thin like SCWolf, bulk up for a year, and then cut down to about 8% body fat.

I imagine something like Scott Herman would be ideal.



But hey, every lady likes something different. An Arnoldesque physique is more for show than anything else. It would be incredibly fun to have albeit completely unnecessary.

Yeah, but Zyzz admitted that he did a lot of steroids. Not sure if that'd affect the outcome of what he looked like.

Personally I don't even find men as muscled as scwolf to be attractive, it's already too much. Scott Herman's chest and abs are still too defined.

Wow didn't know this thread existed but 'm glad to see people on this site are trying to get motivated to workout rather than sit in front of the computer for hours and play FFR and only build finger strength haha. I haven't read all 19 pages worth of posts but I enjoy working out and can possibly offer advise to anyone that would like it. As a general statement: It all starts with motivation...if you lack motivation you have no chance of getting fit/stronger.
