To conclude:
800-850 or so magic damage (all of it can be dodged with easy)
120-130 bump damage with invincible on
18x bump without invincible

In other words, you'll be fine. I still say the macis look harder than the boss itself. Also, I think it'd be nice if we could go together when we do it so we can exchange med/bless (and perhaps haste if Jason tags along =P) for a little boost at the beginning. Seems like a lot of people do that....

EDIT: Monkey, we may help you, but since we're all above the lowest levels we can't efficiently train you. Also, warriors don't require much funding. If you make a spearman and stick to it long enough to get Hyberbody, though, we will all love you for it. ;D

Hines is so incredibly easy. Not even a battle worth mentioning. You don't need Magic Guard. Just Heal. Bring along all-cures.

Also, you can buff before the battle. One person goes, finishes, then the other person goes.

If you noticed in my video, I had Haste. 200 second skill and it didn't run out. That's how easy this battle is.

It's already been said that you were over 70 when you did it, so your video wouldn't really show what it'd be like for Chris to do it.

That's not even all the hours. This started at like level 40, and it hasn't been up ever at one of the work locations and not in a long time at the one I usually work at. So add about 232 to make 700. <_<

Haha. In that video, he would do enough to one hit kill me.

I don't have as much HP as you did when you did it, and I don't even have an HP suit yet either.

Alright, so I decided to check this game out. It says to go on either the BERA or BROA server worlds b/c Scania is overpopulated. Does it matter

I fought Hines without magic guard at level 70... wasn't much of a problem. I was playing on my crappy computer so I died the first time due to lag but uh, if you are going to do it without MG just avoid hitting the Tauros that he summons and you should be fine. What I did is avoid them and then if I ended up hitting one I used MG to kill it. He doesn't take long to kill anyway so its not like you will be wasting a lot of pots. Good luck in 3rd job by the way. =D

This question has been bothering me. I dunno if I should get rid of my RuneScape account. I mean, I dont play it anymore, and it's not like i'll be playing it SOON. I've been so wrapped up in MapleStory, that I haven't a care for RuneScape anymore. So, the question is...

To do, or not to do? THAT, is the question.

I don't understand why anybody would ever delete an account, especially for games that involve levelling up. Unless you've screwed up your character/ruined your record in a game that tracks stats, there's no reason not to just keep the account around in case you ever decide to play again. Even within MS, I always say not to delete characters, just make new ones. Deleting characters wastes all the work you put into them, and it's a silly idea to do it.

The fight was at level 70. I job-advanced at level 81.

PS - I used potions and do not recommend it. Use Heal. Bring Unagis for when you cannot heal. Do not try to stick close to him. His attacks are AOE.

PPS - Keep in mind this is using a 70-MA Arc Staff. Seriously. This fight is so easy. Especially for Noah since he can KB.

Anyway, I think I'll use MG just to be safe. I don't plan on taking a lot of hits, so it'll just be a precautionary thing for if I get hit by his magic attacks. I realize that it doesn't really matter if I die, but I'd rather be safe and use MG than not use it and die in one hit from not avoiding his magic good enough.
