Edit: Try using basil market to find your snowboards. I'm looking at it now and all the ones you need are there, only one blood snowboard though and it's going for 8mil. Cheapest dark snowboard it 500k, and cheapest gold snowboard is 50k.

Noah: Try zombies sometime. I'm curious as to the exp you get there... Can you do that? Also: ftp://download.nexon.co.kr/maple/maple_gl/patch/notice It's not in there, but I hear it's just bug fixes (and changing values for hacks, obviously). Probably cash shop too.

Highest I hit while in the rage, which I only used about half of killing them, was 4196. Highest possible I could have hit for was 4218.

Oh yeah, finally watched those poison brace videos (took forever to load for some reason) and I am not impressed. I was 3-4hk'ing things that I could easily 1-2hk at his level. Only impressive thing I've seen out of poison was when I ran into some 80+ FP mages at Gatekeepers. They sealed and slowed them, hit them with comp some until they got poisoned then wailed on them with FA (I don't think their comp arrows were maxed yet so FA outdamaged them). It was pretty schweet, really.

And uh, zombies? I'd rather go to Pangs. I can 2hk them most of the time now for 220 exp. Zombies I would 3hk (I think 2hk might be possible but REALLY rare) for 190 exp and crappier drops. I mainly like Grupins because it's close to a town (and I can drop trade my tails for my pure int to EQ them) and because Grupins have such a huge amount of MP (160 instead of Pang's 100) so I never need pots. Also, I can't idle at Pangs cuz of the cold, which is annoying but not horribly limiting. I definitely won't go to zombies though. Worse exp, worse drops, and worse crowd to deal with. About the only people I see at Pangs are people passing through to Coolies, which is actually pretty rare.

PS: I would hit for more damage if I was the same level as you. =(

Uhh try it and time it sometime is what I'm asking...... -_- I'm not saying it will be better. Although I'm still not sure if it will be or not, as the spawn is incredible there but it takes you longer to kill one. I'm curious as to what it is for you vs pangs, vs grupins, vs jetis.

Also, stop calculating exp/hit. You should know by now that's not a good calculation.

The following is a list of updates and changes made for this patch:

- The Meso Explosion bug is now fixed.

- The pet sounds for Rudolph and Mini Kargo have been added to the game.

- The ending banner that pops up after closing the client will have its "close" button working properly.

- Other minor bugs and typos have been fixed.

Man, often (or always?) when a patch is released, my patcher doesn't work and I have to completely re-download and install MapleStory again. :/ Anyone else have this problem?

I'm also trying to finalize my decision on what 2nd job to pick. I always thought I was going for Cleric, but I'm sort of second-guessing myself. I hope I don't regret being one later, because even though I tend to like being a healer, I don't like not being able to go solo.

PS - I did some PQs with strangers. They were cool, but it was an overall failure. XD

PQ 1: I got disconnected in Stage 1. Sucky.
PQ 2: I died in Stage 1 because I was stupid and careless. Sucky.
PQ 3: Made it all the way this time, but died against the King Slime when it got me cornered. It was hopeless after that, because I was the only one of us who could do any real damage to the guy.

Fun fun. Also... what's a "track"? >_> No one seems to want to explain it to me.

You look for people to disappear, then you use the /find command to figure out what stage their on. Took me a while too. And people were freaking out about the corner bug they fixed a month ago.

At the end, some people 'scout'.

They leave while the leader stays and writes down names if there are loads of people. Then the scout let's them know when he has the names and they figure out which person to 'track'.

EDIT: And Thunderbolt is weak as hell, but I'm having so much fun with it I don't care.

Haha once you get good you go around selling tracks for money when you're bored. I'll find a track, ONE track, and go around selling that track's name to like 14 different pq groups for at least 5k. Then I go to that server and it's absolutely full of people ahahaha it's great. Ya my pq didn't start out very well at all. None of us knew what we were doing, I got into the first pq and a guy went afk and we ran out of time, just trained on ligators. Second pq I got disconnected as soon as we got in. Third pq I owned, and from then on I owned and got extremely mad with anyone who didn't know what they were doing. I like fast pq's is that a crime? =(

And ya that's what I did with thunderbolt, it's like 20mp so it's just as much as magic claw but it's like ONE DAMAGE, TWO DAMAGE, FOUR DAMAGE, ONE DAMAGE. And you sit there smiling cause you have a new attack that "kills" EVERYTHING.

The meso explosion bug was exploding only 15 bags instead of 20.

jamuko: Try turning off your firewalls, like Zonealarm. I always need to close Zonealarm before patching.

Changes values certainly isn't going to stop hackers. That's why we have programs that tell us what they are :>

He found a glitched spot in Dual Vikings where you can bomb bags without losing bags or gaining EXP. So naturally he's going back there and dropping one million mesos in 50k bags to see his new damage.

Which will own.

Also, this error was in all the other games as well, so they're gonna get a patch AFTER WE DO. HOLY CRAP WHAT ROFL ASDF WE WERE FIRST
