Also did I already get the Tier 7 Token card from the 20k combo?
If yes to above:

Could I fuse that Tier 7 and the other for a Tier 8? I forget when fusing stops or at least needs more "value" to complete

Fusing tokens requires just 2 distinct token cards of the same tier to get the next tier up.
