Anyway, I told myself to go up to 60 on this Shippuden series. I'm now up to 42. So far there has been 3 memorable moments. Still insist on draaaaaging things on. Although right now, Naruto has a new thing which is pretty cool, shame it took him a double episode to charge up. That's DBZ shame right there. Anyway, Snake face is about to finally square off with possibly the most powerful thing the leaf village. If this turns out to be a failure I may not bother going to 60.

Yeah. That episode was pretty lame. Except the music though, that was awesome.

Well this coming episode better be amazing. I won't be happy otherwise. I understand it's unlikely Snake Face will die but still, there better be 24 minutes of hectic amazing fighting.

The solutions:

a) Kill yourself.

b) Watch One Piece.

There's no "endlessly impossible villain" in One Piece. There's no repeating story, drawn-out battles, or huge filler gaps.

because anime has fillers and takes to long. also they do they same thing for one episode and never get anything done. manga gets to the point and is intense

Fillers aren't there for entertainment. They're there for making sure the anime doesn't catch up to the manga so there are...FILLERS!!! =O, it's a system.

Newsflash.

They're the same damn thing.

Manga: faster to read, easy to go back and re-read in case you missed something, and easy to obtain.

Anime: more interesting, better display of high-intensity scenes, and it has songs corresponding to the show in the beginning and end, which are usually awesome.

In the end, most anime is a direct representation of the manga it is based on. Some deviate, and they suck when they do, but there are also animes that far outclass the manga that they're based on like One Piece.

Everything comes back to One Piece...I'm reading it as far as the Shonen Jump has gotten, it's just introduced Luffy's older brother...

So I watched an episode of Naruto for the first time...

I thought it was lame. I don't get what all the hype is about. The writing is garbage. It reminds me of Dragonball Z, but it's not as funny when the writing is retarded.

The thing that kept bothering me was that they kept screaming at each other even though they weren't mad and they were standing right next to each other. Why all the yelling?

People who claim this to be the best anime out there are out of their minds. Go watch Fooly Cooly, which although probably not the best anime out there is eons better than this bilge. I'm not trying to insult anybody's taste, but I just don't get why it's so popular.

Fine, take my words with a grain of salt then. I didn't think I said anything that couldn't be gleaned from one episode. I didn't talk about the characters, the storyline, or anything I'd need more information to talk about. Perhaps the "the writing is garbage" line was too harsh, but really good animes draw you in immediately.
