Go big or go home amirite. The strategy works until you find out it just isn't your day and you bale early.

Oh, I didn't bail early, I started at 100 credits and went all the way. Thing is, after losing 10 times in a row, you can't double your bet again because 500,000 is the largest you can bet. Rinse and repeat a few more times

Perhaps I should start at 10 credits next time.

Perhaps I should start at 10 credits next time.

My strategy was 1k and 10k bets simultaneously, and riding both separately up the ladder.

I lost the 500k and now I'm basically infinite broke.

more like, 1/2. Just because you lost the first 8 doesn't make it more likely to win the 500k.

Sure in probability he was the outlier to lose 9 in a row, but it's still a single win or lose at 500k that makes or break the ladder.

Edit: Man I'm at the point where losing a 10k bet hurts me more than when I was betting those 500k... Poverty is real.
