Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
The ending is complicated to me at least with the very tight [1]2 patterns and also I generally lose control on (correct me if I'm wrong) 24th broken streams. That, and that burst I was talking about pre-500 always gives me at best 2-0-0-2. I just can't; even with mirror.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
The burst between 430-470 is just a short 24th stream followed by a jumptrill. Just be careful when you exit the jumptrill, I find it easy to dump a good on the way out.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
Placeholder; playing currently. I only got 2g at the very end so that's a great sign, just have to gain traction in the first half; that burst is still ruining me.
Okay if I can actually get a grip maybe I can low SDG like I told myself I might be able to do. Fuccen shaking right now as I had 3-0-0-1 going into that ending; AAA'd that burst Gameboy!

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
Still nowhere near Squid or sicku buuuut here's an improvement. Amazing how much better it is using my mech keyboard..
Edit: Better.. I can PA the bursts just fine but I lose all accuracy when it comes to the fast stream. FC though so there's that. Turning off my SLI got rid of the micro stutter. Pretty annoying how having the extra power causes lag. Last edited by scoper49; 06-5-2015 at 01:42 AM.. |

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
Oh. I've screen cut since the beginning. You could look at my round 1 submissions. 1.2 speed mod then and now. I actually did 1.5 for the challenge unlike the cheaters who did .5 and screen cut.
2.5 w/o screen cutting just doesn't work for me. The arrows fly by too fast. Screen cutting gives me the reaction time benefit like in Classic FFR and the slightly higher speed mod to space the arrows slightly so I can read patterns a bit easier. |

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
This game is not compatible with Windows 8. The second I start raging at the slideshow that is every FFR chart, I simply play the next attempt all the way through, submit and forget.
It's a damn shame because I could probably pull off 5 or less goods if I were able to play the game.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
That's odd, I'm on Windows 8 and I have no problems. Try flash player 9?

8 and 8.1 are two completely different things last time I checked.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
I know every computer is different when it comes to what Flash Player is best for FFR. Flash 9 is best for 120 framerate FFR on my end, and Flash 11 is best outside of that, or I'll lag like hell.
I've never actually owned a computer with Windows 8(.1) so I don't know if there are aero settings or any other settings that would take off anything that would cause it to lag. You just have to keep experimenting with things until you hit the desired result.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
Oh and I'd like to remind everybody that the round ends tonight. Nobody has tried to apply this round's effect yet, so everyone knows.
PS. I may play the effect myself depending on whoever in D5 has it.

Re: The FFR TCG Tournament [Round 6]
Oh and anyone with a cyan colored score this round currently have the advantage effect next round. Also make sure you specify difficulty for your sacrifices so that people can determine what they could sacrifice to negate the effect.
