Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
I guess I can't explain this well... we'll see when it happens. I also edited my thread on phantoms to make it correct. Sticky or split here or something?

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
Dooey's a sub in the jTWG game going on, and signed up "If I needed people" for the pending TWG. Is he able to do both at once, or would he have to come off the sub list of jWTG to play in a TWG?

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
He can join your game if he wants to Devo, but he forfits his ability to sub into the jTWG game untill he dies in yours. If for some reason the ability for him to sub into the jTWG arises, while he's still alive in your game, the substitution for the jTWG passes over him to the next sub.
If he's dead in the TWG, it doesn't matter if he subs into the jTWG. *edit* thats not as clear as I thought it would be.

If no one has any objections or any more fix's on the rules, I'll copy the phantom thing into the rules and post it as the '08 ruleset tonight.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
I'm really sorry that I haven't been here for however long it has been. : /
Long story short= my hard drive died, we bought a new one, and now it's fixed. I am re-downloading AIM right now and would be very appreciative if someone could fill me in on the events I have missed in my absence. Edit: K, read the TWC thread. (And I have AIM again. ) Last edited by travman301; 04-19-2008 at 08:26 PM.. |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
ok, well first rzr threw a bottel of his own piss and it blew back into his face.
Then rzr forgot to wear his underwear. Then the cops searched rzr because he was playing on a railroad. (still not wearing underwear). Then I ate some fried chicken. |

Seeing as how the jTWG is over, Argo and rzr's bans are over.
VashtheStampede got three phantoms in the jTWG as well, so he's game banned for this new round. Edited the first post appropriatley.

And yay, our bans are up! If it's cool with you, I'll take the junior games. I know you like playing with the vets more. Last edited by devonin; 04-22-2008 at 01:52 PM.. |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
So I was sitting around, bored ****less, and went and read all the stickies and old games. And I had a question for you guys... why do we have so many stickies?
P.S. On the recommendation of pntballa18 I henceforth revoke my apology for going commando and for future reference support non-underwear wearing folk! Down with undies! Down with undies! P.P.S. No seriously, I was actually wondering why we have so many stickies, the rules, the TWC thread, the rules announcement... |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
I'm moving that we combine jTWG and TWG into one game, with both newbies and veterans alike, as per Tass's suggestion.
Vote, gogogo. |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
Not that my point is valid, but I don't see how it matters. There's no reason to eliminate one of them. Just drop it until the vets come back or something. And widen the amount of players per game.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
Um...how is "dropping one" not the same thing as "merging them into one"

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
Because if you stop using one until someone brings it back up you're fine. But if we merge them and the vets come back or there's a sudden boom of new players we'll only have one option.
I suggest you consult BDN on this one as he was the one who revived TWG. I remember that game too |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
If there's a sudden boom of new players, or the vets magically come back, then we can un-merge them. It's not like it's that difficult to do.

It's so annoying that everyone has time to post here, but not in the actual thread.
