yeah, because dragonforce is overrated. Truthfully, I used to listen to them a lot, but it isn't all that great. It's just really fast.

I'm sorry, but Dragonforce isn't necessarily the band that's going to make groundbreaking files. 16th streams, oh boy, more of the same. On top of that, all their stuff has already been stepped to death for SM.

DragonForce is way ORed...but still that doesn't mean you completely shun them out because they're main stream and everything they play sounds the same only diff. SFX, and maybe the occasional not sweep picking, it's like I was discussing with MrMagic...if Herman Lee and that other dood >_> knew there were other techniques besides sweep picking, I'm PRETTY sure I (along with other ppl) wouldn't hate them that much. Yes I know that Starfire song is a whord of notes in the ears...but that was blech!


Now I'm thinking ppl only support M1dy because (besides the pure awesome that is is) FFR needs files that humans can't possibly do (do I hear 192 streams/jacks FTW?!?!?) Yeah M1dy is pretty banging and what not, but it's only because the music is godly fast (like DF) and believe it or not (omg this may come as a shock to M1dy fans) everything is pretty much the same thing over and over again(random lyrics followed by like 64th blurb more lyric type thing, maybe a pause then another 64th blurb followed by a slow down but make sure bass is still raping ppls ears)...

HOWEVER

Unlike DragonForce, M1dy makes it work and that's why I can see ppl liking it. So overall I can see that obv. the cool thing to do is hate DF and bust on it, but some of you people probaby REALLY like them or like them and don't wanna admit it, cause it's cool not to conform, which is a paradox in and of itself.


Let the horrible things about me be said, I only go to the forums like maybe 3 times a week...so if you're trying to anger me wait a couple days plox.
