1. way to exactly copy what i said lump.... i ask for a list of songs, you say you're not planning anything. then 2 posts later ask for a list of songs.

2. doug... can i get the taps/second on those? i can come up with the damn list myself of songs i think would be good. i'll just look at any 8 or above and rule out the long songs with a few hard sections.

3. i'm well aware of the top 10 taps/second list on the difficulties thread.... but that doesn't help me one iota. those songs are all way too difficult for me to consistently whore. hell, most i can't FC once let alone 100 times. which is why i need songs in the 7-8/second range... songs that i CAN consistently FC and PA, because those will be worth much more to me than songs with more arrows that i can't combo or PA.

4. vemuck... how many hours did you spend playing to get that 362 mil? was that 24 straight?

4-framer songs aren't good when you just want to earn scores/credits quickly.

Ok, removed some of the harder to combo stuff from the list, and checked the average notes per second of some of them until I got bored. These are based off of the times game level stats says the songs are, which are often inaccurate.

Wow, there is a lot more into this than I thought. I think I'll try to get on the list sometime in the next week. I've been close in the past week when I wasn't trying. Shouldn't be too hard unless it happens to be the same day that other people are trying to break the record.

So, I went over this a couple months ago but I'll put what I got in here.

Best way IMO is just whore FOTBB with autofail on with 1 miss.
Once you lose just keep starting it up.

right. i posted that same exact stuff above... and i've posted it before, months and months ago as well.

nobody. and i mean NOBODY. wants to play 1 song, no matter what it is, 1100+ times in a row. and nobody will FC FotBB nearly that many times in a row. not shash, not smartdude, not anyone.

realistic max on ONLY fotbb for 24 straight hours is probably 1.2 bil.... *shrugs*

and doug... i took your list, modified it a bit... calculated the rest... added some other songs i thought might be good... i've now got 20 songs with 8+ notes per second that i'm confident i can FC most of the time. another 10+ songs in the 7-7.99 range that i can FC just about every time.

Highest is Hellbeat 2, which is 10.33. pretty easy to FC, actually, for me.

Thats just a list of songs that you won't avmiss on unless you suck (a few are hard not to avmiss on though). They're almost all interesting simfiles too. You could probably play each of these 10 times without getting bored

some of those are on my list, some aren't. if they aren't on my list, it's cause i usually avmiss on it. and getting even 1 extra full note/second more isn't worth it if your FC % is like 10-20.

also, some of those are too slow. like kick your a has that very long intro that causes it to be lower arrows/second.

silence would be awesome, if not for the intro. if only the intro was at the end. oh well.

Autofail set to 1 miss is the most efficent way on any 7+ steps/second song.

I will attempt for the record one day when I have no school. 3-4 months time.

Not the fastest way, but I don't need to be nervous to FC on them.

I got 411mil in around 11hours~ in lumph's whoring tourney, playing Sensorium non-stop and getting around 6 goods (2205550 * 18 play per hour) = (39699900 * 11hours = 436,6mil~ ).

If someone starts playing at 1:00 am until the end of the day, that would make it possible to reach 952mil~ but probably more like 900mil if lucky. So yeah, anyone getting 900mil+ need to play a song faster than Sensorium and FC all the time during 24 hours without breaks, without randomly breaking combo etc. Maybe some guys in T1/Tier Insane can break 1bil but considering how tedious and boring it was after almost half-day non-stop playing. You need a ridiculously good reason to force yourself to make this..
