Porn just by itself isn't that bad. It's when it starts getting in the way of your relationship when it becomes a problem. Put a picture of your wife on your monitor, so every time you go to open up that "young_girl_bj.wmv" or whatever, you see her looking at you.

Let's not forget that this guy is admitting addiction. There is no greater cry for help than "Help!"

Anyway, many of the suggestions given here are totally unnessecary. Psychological addiction is totally possible to overcome simply by realizing you don't need the afflicting item. Quitting something like porn is not the same as quitting smoking, because this has no physical base at all. The insensitive way of saying this would be "suck it up, nancy boy." The way I'm going to put it is like this: The next time you feel the need to look at porn, examine your physical and mental state. You will see for yourself you are not motivated by some real need such as hunger. I very much doubt you are that far gone. Willpower is the key here. The moment you fully realize how much you don't need porn, you are free from it.

That sounded like complete BS, and I know it.

Actually, having sex with your wife would most likely solve your problem because the only reason for looking at porn is being horny. If youre horny, instead of masturbating, go have sex. But if your wife isnt attractive, then thats another story XD.
