Selling WoW items isn't illegal because you technially didn't make the items yourself. It's just data from a game.

Zag made these a long time ago. He is basically selling Zag's work for a profit (even if it is currently one cent, it's a profit).

So then you were going to sell incomplete material? You can't have a simfile without an mp3 file due to the fact that said mp3 file needs to timed correctly to be matched up with the .dwi in the .rar. You're basically just trying to cover up a fu*k up you made.
