See falconsfan. Black Razr. I'm actually on my fifth one right now. The first one I had had dust underneath the screen, so a Cingular store rep suggested I call for a replacement. Second one had the screen popping out. Third stopped vibrating after a week. Fourth had buzzing tones. When I called to get my fifth one, they sent me a full kit phone, so I got a new one instead of a refurbished piece of garbage. Oh well. At least all it cost me was a lot of time and frustration.
Unless you can handle the occasional anomaly, or calling a few times for a new phone... don't get the original Razr. 1st gen piece of crap.

Just to let you know, I can get any phone that I want besides not-that-well-known carriers (Amp'd Mobile), but my parents trust Helio because Earthlink and SK Telecom made the phone.
