It's not THAT bad! At least there's a rhythm game on the go for me now. Just use sudden appearance.

On my phone right now tracks are
-max300
-Love Shine
-Dynamite Rave
-Silent Hill
-Make A Jam
-Think Ya Better D
-DDR
-Break
-Candy
-A
-Graduation

And you can pick what background you want during the song
-DDR
-Break
-Candy

for BGs. I don't think there's anything unlockable, I've beaten most songs on hard with As/AAs.
