I'm getting better at o2jam. - Page 2

I can't play games at all in school anymore, period.

I can play SM at home, but the timing is so awkward to me that it's really not worth it--the keys register a lot slower and the timing window is much earlier. I'm lucky to AAA Quasar at home, and I could easily SDP it at school.

o2jam and FFR work just fine at home, so I'd probably switch back to those.

XD I remember school got locked down one lunch hour during the winter cause there was too much snow, so I was on the computer and tried to download SM, but it wouldn't install, so I got DWI instead. Librarian came by and was like "Wow cool what is that?" rofl.

I played SM primarily at school, actually--it was where I got every score I have posted since about five months ago.

Sometimes I got spectators XD that was always fun XD

SqNtz used to play ffr in computer science labtime when we got done before everyone. Sometimes we had people watching us too. That's always fun.
Hey emmcky I just read your replys and would be happy to vs you at o2jam some time. My contact info is in my ffr profile and my ingame name is just xoombot. I'm not on too often, though.

What is the difference between home PC and schools? If it's keyboard, can pick a great keyboard within 30 dollars range, if it's SM version, just get same thing that is at school. If it's PC, do I need to go there ;o?

1. The likelyhood of his school's keyboards being better than the one he has at home are slim to none. Have you ever seen a school invest in $50+ Microsoft keyboards? Didn't think so.

2. Any idiot could have thought of simply upgrading their SM version.

I have a Logitech Elite, which is supposedly one of the best keyboards available, so it can't be that--it must be my PC, and there's no way I'll be getting a new one of those before college.

So...yeah FFR is fun, I'll probably stick with that unless I get bored of it (hasn't happened yet) and if I do I'll either move to o2 or Multris (multiplayer tetris game that I'm really good at).

I'll live without SM, I think.

When I make an SM vid, I'll play something that I can MA good on my ****ty comp, then play it on my good comp...the difference is hilarious...its like playing J5-6 on the ****ty one =(

Yeah, playing at home is like playing like J5.5 dowstairs, and J7.5 (I can't SDG Quasar) upstairs. Funny how upstairs is where I play FFR.

Try installing SM on the computer that you have now, if an error comes up, or it crashes, take a screenshot and post it. I used to have a video card problem on my older computer, and got it fixed in a jiffy =)

they have everything blocked (including proxies) so i cant dl it or even play ffr

Just find out what brand of vid card you got. ie ATI or Nvidia, go to the website. Read install instructions. It's important to uninstall old driver 1st > restart > and install new one >restart = done.
