SO BASICALLY FILL ME IN, I CAN NEVER SEE THE LAST EPISODE OF INUYASHA, COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AND HOW THEY FINNALY PULL SOME RANDOM IDEA OUT OF THEIR A$$ES, AND THEN FIND SOME WAY TO BEAT NARAKU

Okay, basically, Naraku is wanting to fool everyone and lure out Kaguya (the antagonist) so he can absorb her. He made it look like he died so Kagura and Kanna would free her and thus the stated above.

I'm sorry guys, I do not care what you all say. I think DBZ and InuYasha both rule. One of the very first animes I was hard core into was DBZ and I have just recently stated getting into IY--meaning I haven't tired of them yet. lol. I mean, yes, I do agree that DBZ was the same story each time... bad guy comes, Goku fights, Goku's injured/killed, Goku comes back, good guys win, but it was more about character develpoment, just like IY.

As Squeek has said, Inuyasha is mediocre. In fact, it's already overrated in a similar way to DBZ. If you want some really good action, go out and buy yourself Record of Lodoss War. Now that's a classic.

And as i go to more and more fourms I find out that I like pretty unpopular anime o.o; weird -shrug- but i like to be different n.n

Inuyasha. ROCKS. It's what got my best friend who used to HATE anime/manga into anime/manga! And, it's pretty much the perfect mix of action (love it), romance (helpless romantic), comedy (miroku lol), and bishies (Inuyasha, Shesshomaru, Bankotsu (;.; why'd he have to die?), Kouga.).
And, like RK, it takes place in an actual time of Japan's history. Though the demons may be fiction, the setting and other things are not, so you learn a bit about Japan's history as you watch.

I really like Inuyasha- it is my favorite anime. I don't know why- I guess it's because I started watching it when I was so young... I've always liked the storyline of it, and it really drew me in from the very begining.

HAHAHAHA. I was wondering what went on after the first section of this anime. I saw how long it took for them to progress number one and thought "screw this". Thanks for telling me Squeek, I really didn't want to watch all the other 5 parts take 140 odd episodes. It did remind me of (and I think Vash said this) DBZ.

Yea its true ive never seen a dubbed anime pulled off well. However inuyasha was bad to start off with. So no matter how good the dubbing is doesn't make a difference.

i really hope that people who think inuyasha is so cool know of some other animes other than the ones on tv.
really i think its too immature, although i used to watch it for quite awhile, and dbz sorta got me into anime but please look farther than stuff on tv
try lain, whitch hunter robin, boogiepop phantom, cowboy bebop, azumanga daioh, or evangelion.
and i HIGHLY recommend ghost in the shell, because in that show, every episode has meaning.

I know the field you come from, and when it comes to dubs, I can honestly say that Figure 17 had the best dub I've ever heard. I actually enjoyed watching it in english.

Also, sometimes a dub can make a series so much better. Excel Saga, for instance. Excel has probably the most obnoxious voice ever, thus making her so much more awesome.
