The song is as much "repeated patterns over and over" as Skor's K8107. It's not just one pattern; it's a case of ABACABA (whereas K8107 is more like ABCB). Nobody said k8107 or 250 bpm are great songs... Your stepfiles are good I suppose, but I still stick to the original ones because I'm pretty sure an AAA on cynic's snow is better then an AAA on your Snow =\

Geez, a AAA of Reach's Quasar on 1.5x music would be much more impressive than a AAA of Eggmani's Quasar on 1.5x music, and yet everyone plays the latter, simply because it's, well, better. (It's not the best; it's very dull and repetitive, but at least it doesn't have random jackhammers out of nowhere, 32nds where there should be 16ths, and blue arrow syndrome).

Furthermore, why are we even discussing Snow? As far as I recall, this was about The a la Menthe. I'd be glad to debate with you on simfile quality, but over PMs, preferrably.

Both have to be good. One just does not go with the other (song and steps have to be good). Although if the song kind of sucks (as in I don't like it that much) but the steps are good I'll still play it. Snow is a good example.. that song is like, way off my style. But I like the steps.
