i'm considering making money by sending helium balloons in the post to new zealand. the idea behind this is that i can argue at the post office that i should be charged a negative amount of postage because the postal aircraft would in fact be lighter with my balloons in it than without. with enough time and practice, i think i can make this skill profitable enough so that it becomes a full-time job. how would i make this work realistically?

where can i find cheap bulk printing services? (this is for leaflets for a club at my university)
