You mentioned learning to cook quinoa?
It's literally the exact same as if you were cooking up rice. 2 cups water to 1 cup grain, boil water, add grain, cover for a few minutes and bam. Red quinoa is also good for adding eye appeal to dishes. |

Re: 10 foods you're probably not eating enough
sry arch imma let you finish, but egg whites are absolutely not superior to egg yolks for nutritional value

Salmon is amazing. My fiancée and I add all sorts of things to it... recently we added a sweet, berry marinade before we grilled it. Was fantastic.
Also, does turkey have any sort of protein properties similar to chicken? And how does rice compare to quinoa?

rice v. quinoa: quinoa beats rice like the US in world war II beats the US in the revolutionary war but actually I'd use lentils instead of rice if you're going that route |

great subsitute for chicken: buffalo meat
less cholesterol, more protein, though a tad bit more fat iirc. also milk has too much sugar in MURKA. I drink pure almond milk instead egg yolks are pure cholesterol they are nothing short of pure shit for you

Re: 10 foods you're probably not eating enough
Aren't these health food lists sort of obvious by this point? surprise, chicken is healthier than filet mignon! quinoa and lentils beat rice and lucky charms! It's like making a 'best movies u never seen' list and putting citizen kane on it.
but back on topic, greek yogurt is pretty fetch, mix some blueberries or other fruit of your choice in there because it's a little bit rough on it's own. I can put down kale chips all day but kale in any other form is pretty unappealing. Collard greens are gross. Everything else on there is delicious.

I've never once had sushi with soy sauce put on by somebody other than me. Some have sauces on them, but they're never just "ohay we dumped soy sauce on your sushi"
Also, I don't know why it's called Soy Sauce in north america, when almost every brand has more wheat in it than soy. |
