Nothing works here in brazil, we have the best hospital (SUS) by what it gives you(surgery free, everything free you dont need to pay) it should be the best, but governament doesnt invests in health, and thats one of the problems here.
+100% of curruption, some politics are even trying to displace
a political leader because he is whos leading a lawsuit against corruption.

I think this is very true.
