Wrists rested, left hand rested, right hand is usually hovering, but I tend to plant it to the table when I'm trilling.

Elbows and wrists suspended from the ceiling with hook and chain. Fans sending slightly chilled air at my palms to prevent overheating and provide a mild thrust so I don't put too much stress on the chains. Legs are twisted 180 degrees so my feet act as support structures for my upper arms.

Arms rest against my desk, Wrists hover. I have a bad habit of snapping my pinkies when I play and the habit has spread to my thumbs so I've been trying out new things though.

I used to lift my wrists for jacks and stuff, but now they stay planted for everything. lifting elbows seems awkward as hell.
