By the way, no amount of whining or arguing will give anyone a better chance of gaining a position.

Yeah I was actually hoping for real discussion not just people popping in for a second and putting in a name. We're not going to select people based on that. But maybe you guys can point out certain qualities of people that might make us consider that person as well as what they have in their application.

well technically you already have local moderation powers in a section, so I suppose an exception can be made.

This seems tempting to apply for, in my opinion. However, I don't really feel qualified to moderate due to the fact that I am not as familiar with the rules as I should be.

I do have ffr vet status which signifies I've been here for quite some time already. Also, this account is fairly new but I can assure you I would have at least 1k post if you were to combine my post count from my other two accounts I've made.
