Ive noticed something, I went to turn mines back on with this theme, and they stayed off. Could there be a general reason for this?

I'm not sure; I have the same problem. Probably something embedded into the metrics somewhere, but I never bothered to figure out why.

Punching in the modifier reset code (smash LRLRLRLRLR until it resets) seems to be the only way around this.

The builds are completely different so no, it wouldn't.

P.S. lmfao I still have the Touhou version of XI Black (before you removed most of the touhou related graphics and made the song background appear at the end of the results screen).

Probably because you were playing in windowed mode which shows errors that are usually ignored when on fullscreen.

XI Black is windowed mode compatible so either way, there shouldn't be any errors. Even though I have the old beta version of XI Black, there's not much of a difference between this version and the old one other than some graphics.

Check your Sounds folder and see which ones you're missing. I'd just suggest redownloading and it should work.

I've used this on a clean install of 3.9 and I've gotten 0 error messages, nor have any of the people I've sent it to. If you can list the files that are supposedly missing I can see if I can get them back to you.
