Like really, you had to go out of the way to speak in an entirely different language from mine to get your point across? Did you even stop to think how insanely inconsiderate you might sound? I don't care if you aren't comfortable with my language and you feel the need to speak in your native language, that's fucking rude. also when someone takes something I say in the worst possible way, making me go "fuq bitch how da hell did you interpret it that way" Last edited by Pseudo Enigma; 12-19-2013 at 10:25 PM.. |

Re: Top Five Pet-Peeves/Annoying Occurrences
Fake-ass whores who just want to bask themselves in glory and lovers
True story on that issue: I was going out with a girl for about two years and around Labor Day she basically bitched me out (because apparently "hopefully" = "definitely"...) I was going to help her out despite that I told her that I was probably going to be out of town that day. Well, that was the Thursday before Labor Day. The next day I hop on Skype and talked with her for a bit before I told her that I was going to cook dinner. She bitched at me, and logged off. A whole week comes by and I managed to catch her online and try to apologize to her. It failed and basically she tried to give me the guilt trip and throw me under the bus by telling me that she never had any sympathetic feelings for me and that she actually had a boyfriend before she met me. I called her out on it and basically I dumped her and told her that she was going to be alone for the rest of her life. (Within all that she whined that she was going to lose her house and have no internet, I told her that she was not alone on that and she completely misinterprets it as me being selfish about it and saying that she felt "fake" if she was to be friends with me) Edit: I also have other pet peeves but not as big as this one

Re: Top Five Pet-Peeves/Annoying Occurrences
1. People. Yes I'm going to generalize this immensely. I'm really easy to annoy, but incredibly difficult to get mad enough to raise their voice and actually make you stop. With people however... Not so much. Fuck these people.
2. Work. I wanted to lump this into people, but I can't. It is a problem that stands on it's own. Everything from people on the sales floor, and coworkers, and silly high expectations. I understand the last one, but let's be realistic. I'm not super human. I can't find over 100 things in sets of shelves in an hour. That's silly. And I'm even capable of reading upsidedown and sideways pretty decently. 3. Long finger nails / hair in my face. I've kind of gone into a bit of detail of how short I keep mine personally. And I spend a lot of time doing it because I am absolutely furious at myself otherwise. I also hate it when my hair is in my face. It usually results in me wearing a hat to keep it out. Note that I only have one hat, my top hat, and surprisingly my managers are awesome and don't give a fuck that I wear it. 4. English dubbed anime. Sorry, it's bad. 5. People who do a "tsk" like thing mid sentience. I swear I will punch some of these people. |

Nah, find a better job, then quit!
Also, you wear a top hat to work? That's kind if interesting, haha. Don't think many work places are that relaxed to not mind wearing hates. Lesse, top 5, huh? 1. Pretty much what Reincarnate said about clogging toilets actually, son of a bitch, ugh! 2. Drivers not putting on blinkers so I know they want to make a left hand turn when I'm approaching a red light so I can give a gap to them. 3. Messing up on stuff when I think it should be really simple. 4. Misaligned graphics and wonky font usage. (Only sometimes really, not really too analytical with it) 5. Having to wait for something more than the promised time that's greater than 10 minutes. (Someone tells me wait 5-10 minutes that becomes 1 hour later.) |

Rudeness is defined to be subjective, so you can't consider something as rude in all cultures. You might have a culture where talking to eachother in your own language in front of others is completely accepted, for example. In this case, outspokenly calling it rude could even be considered rude. Actually, it is arrogant to generalise your own opinion to be an inherent property of all of human culture. Writing such things while using formalised grammar and even ending with a sign could even be called pretentious. |

5. People shaking their legs when they sit. Even though I do it too, it's really annoying to see.
4. People who laugh as responses to logical arguments. 3. My fingers and how they constantly feel very foreign to my hands. 2. Being interrupted.. over and over when trying to tell a story to the point where you just fucking give up cuz nobody cares anyway. 1. Noise. All noise. Specifically gum chewing, any chewing actually.. pens clicking, walking in high heels, turning pages of magazines, writing on a chalk board, opening noisy bags, chips, biting nails, casual typing, snoring, literally everything. I wish I was deaf.

Re: Top Five Pet-Peeves/Annoying Occurrences
I once met someone who had a legit mental disorder that made it so they couldn't stop shaking their leg. I asked them to stop and he told me he would try without telling me he couldn't. I felt like shit the next day.

If you don't mind me asking, why do your fingers feel foreign from your hands?

1. People being passive aggressive.
2. People not being themselves to please others. 3. When my hair gets in my mouth when I'm trying to eat. 4. When you've flipped the pillow so many times, there is no more cool side to the pillow. 5. Getting put in groups with people you don't know and aren't willing to talk at all. lol

Re: Top Five Pet-Peeves/Annoying Occurrences
1. When people smoke. It makes me rage to no end. i Hate the smell, i hate the stupidity of the act itself and what lies behind it and it drives me completely nuts. Drug usage in general is very irritating to me. If they are people i know well i generally punch them in the face and stress how much of a dipshit they are. I don't even try to convey a point, i just feel the urge to shit on their faces. Dumbfucks.
2. When someone you are with stops to say hi to a friend and instead of briefly greeting them they start talking and at the same time ignoring you, leaving you to awkwardly wait. Worse when they don't introduce you. 3. Shallow sluts and girls who try hard when they are in fact nothing special at all. Applies to guys as well. 4. Crowds of people (depending on the crowd) 5. People who keep checking their cellphone while talking to you
