Re: The election
The fact that this could go to the congressional districts to decide a 268/269 split is insane.

Re: The election
Looks like the GOP might be taking it all this year (Presidency, House, Senate)

Re: The election
Presidency isn't set in stone for sure, and senate *could* go blue but yeah house is unsurprisingly sticking with them.

Candidate who focused on trade and the economy is facing a 700 point drop in Dow futures because he is winning ...

That and indices closed strong all around. I wouldn't be surprised to see a poor open but there's no real indicators of decline yet. Futures can be extremely manipulable as you have to get something out of the contract. They'd decline not just if the DOW is expected to decline but if it is expected to not come back up in time to meet deadlines, which is a much wider condition.

Re: The election
Trump represents a potential shift in the status quo of American's representation by government. Hillary is the status quo again. Trump is more of a symbol of American's frustration with the system in place now. Neither are great, but Trump represents a higher probability of change. Will that change be good or bad? We'll have to see if he wins. But it's cool to see the people have a voice through Trump.

Re: The election
I'm really happy that we're giving the guy that's in charge of electrocuting LGBT+ individuals for the sake of conversion therapy the title and power of Vice President.
I'm really happy.

Re: The election
I'm glad that you think being petty and above us is great.
But maybe let's consider the possibility that even though you aren't in danger, that maybe there is still in fact danger?
