We can give: 1) a ballpark announcement like we have (e.g. August 2012) 2) and when the batch opening approaches, give an exact date (e.g. August 25) Just like the announcements of movie or video game releases. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
Then how is the submitter to know if their file was even received?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
That is a bit.. unethical...
Guess we should all just resend our files repeatedly just to make sure they were received~

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
That shouldn't be a problem, Frank. If you sent the email but forgot to attach your zip file to it, bmah would've told you already. If they just didn't receive it (which has never happened before from what I understand), you should still have a sent version of your email saved and should be able to resend it by contacting the admins.
Confirming on the go the file they receive would definitely be cool, but on the the other hand it's not like you're doomed if they didn't receive it. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
Yaya,
you basically got what I was doin'. Confirmation on the go-- it would be nice as hell, but now that you said no one has never 'not' received a file then it doesn't really matter~ onceagainIwasjustwonderin' edit: ur profile pic makes me read your post as if you were yelling at me

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
Only method you can confirm before the batch close is asking us individually.
Only possibilities are e-mail address error, forgetting attach file (or upload link expiriration due to the wrong submission method), sent to spam box automatically for some reason, or we forget to dl the file for some reasons. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions OPEN)
In my Alchemy file, the 192nd (14) jump at beat 128.75 (measure 32; 71.23816 sec) should be a regular 16th. Do you want me to send the .rar again just for that one fix?
