We don't have to, no. Also, learning advanced Spanish grammar has helped me with my English grammar since they're remarkably similar languages.

whats wrong with peoples grammer? they talk or spell the way they want to. Correct me if I'm wrong nobody's good at grammer not even me.

I like to think I am. Perhaps philologists, too. Hell, any linguistic prescriptivist is bound to be good at grammar.

Why do you think that because you have bad grammar that everybody does? That doesn't make any sense.

So, you are wrong, and I'm correcting you.

This thread is for anyone who wants to better their general communication skills through speaking and writing. Doing so has manymany benefits to a person and not doing so certainly has detriments. We aim to improve, nothing else.

The thread teaches the basics of the English language. If you speak English, the thread should be quick and straightforward with the occasional "oh, wow, I didn't now that."

Uh, not realy. My friend read it and he's in english. He says thats basicaly the entire english course right there. English isn't my hot topic being a third language.
