Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Haha, indeed
There is a way to get 100% S++ on every level that doesn't involve scooping, and it's somewhat cheap (except you can't really do it on Level 5), but it works well. Remember that it isn't FFR :P |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
I believe he is referring to mashing... if you hit the arrow unbelievably fast, it will count all as perfects.
I haven't got all S++'s yet, bubt I finally did hit 100% with all S's. It doesn't matter anyway, cause I'm not doing the special goal

If you're still doing this then it took me an extra 20 minutes to get the S-grades.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Sure thing, no problem
If anyone feels that their score has been recorded incorrectly, please link me to your screenshot and let me know (in a PM preferably), and if you spent extra time getting S+ scores when you already had 100%'s, let me know how much extra time you spent before you posted your screenshot. I'll be sure not to let any discrepancies occur again in future rounds. Last edited by MrRubix; 10-2-2007 at 02:13 PM.. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
He's not talking about mashing. He's referring to a technique that requires a specific order. Its a 2-part thing. I discovered it myself as well when trying to get S's. Ill leave it at that.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Actually I was referring to mashing -- what do you mean two part thing?
You can basically jack at an arrow as it comes up and you'll hit Perfect. You can't do this on level 5 really because the rolls are so close together. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
I have a question... if I were to play this game now and get the bonus, would you add two hours of points to my current score or when I just posted it?

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Mapleleaf: It's fine, go ahead and just post the scores
f lee: Whenever you post the 100% S++'s, I take that time and add two hours worth of points to your score if it's within two hours. If not, then 50 points. Last edited by MrRubix; 10-2-2007 at 02:52 PM.. |

then once you take the screenshot it should open a preview and you can save it to your hard drive right there. then just go to photobucket and upload it. Make sure if your default pic settings save your pics to TIFF format you change it to jpeg or png or something too. problem solved

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
BONUS UPDATED (this time it won't hurt anything lol):
If you get a perfect score more than two hours after your first submission, I'll still give you 50 points. Mapleleaf: Level 6 must be a 95% or more. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Is 50 points worth trying to get, or is it not too much in this tournament? I don't want to kill too much time doing this...
