FotBB & Strangeprogram are both 79s. I feel that Caprice & EHHS (Which are 80s) are both easier than those two songs, does anyone think the same?

FotBB is definitely harder than both EHHS and Caprice. Strangeprogram is pretty easy, the stream isn't actually hard, it's just fast, so 79 seems fine. Caprice could easily be a 79, too, only reason it's not is probably because of blue note syndrome + background syndrome + bs steps. EHHS can stay an 80. The jumpstream is hard enough to leave it there. FotBB... 80, I might say 81... It's just crap no matter how you look at it.

Caprice and revolutionary do have extremely awkward patterns but the backgrounds are what provide the majority of the difficulty

I agree, but not that high, as I've stated my FMO list before, I'll do it again for these songs, IMO:

Strangeprogram - 80 (dude, that song is fast with gay patterns, how could you find it easier than EHHS?)

FotBB - 82 (Seriously, insanely long one handed trills, and horrible background makes glitchy as **** FMO)

Setsojou - 80 (around EHHS, but definitely harder than just about every 79

And after playing Lapis again, I was expecting this 'jumpstream' of death you are talking about, I don't even see any jumpstream, I see stream with a cluster of 3 sequential jumps every 30 seconds, but that's not jumpstream, or at least not consistent. My idea of jumpstream is like EHHS, Frozen, Garyuuntensei's final streamy part, etc. This is nothing, I say leave it high C

It's possible I've said something like this to you before, but, regardless, I still find it true.

I think Lapis is VC because I know I can find a good handful of songs that are not as hard as Lapis and are labeled VC. I haven't really checked recently, so maybe some of those songs I'm thinking of have been moved and shifted around accordingly, but still...the song is not an easy AAA by any means and has some really jacked up patterns.

well I want opinions for VC/FMO border songs.
I'm going to do some more FMO->VC changes for difficuly consistency (don't want to increase FMOs that much so suggest VC->FMO only when you have very strong opinion).
