Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions Closed)
so I'm stepping some sharpnel dumpfest and it feels like it's getting off sync at some part and I can't figure out why. i threw in a random stop which seems like it fixed it, but the songs so ****ing hard and I'm so bad that I can't tell if I managed to get the whole file on sync. someone pro pm me to test it for me and let me know if it's on sync.
lots of 190bpm mini jacks/jump jacks

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions Closed)
I know what I'm submitting next batch...
Three that I'm pretty certain will go through: 1. Very "safe" SSH song with awesome solo. Possible complaints that I got some drum fills wrong (can't hear them well on laptop speakers) and maybe quips about my one-handed patterns but overall this file is good to go. 2. Blitz Lunar song with very Blitz Lunar-y polyrhythms. Not too hard, not too long, fun stuff. 3. Virt! :3 And the two less likely ones: 4. A "Data Drain-y" jumpstream file... it's not that intense though, only goes up to low FGO densities. I really hope this gets accepted but who knows how the judges will respond, reception of my "weird" files has been all over the place in the past. 5. A 200 bpm jumpstream file to a long screamo song, which of course means it's going to be rejected even though it's fun as fuc~ Can't wait for next batch to open up!

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submissions Closed)
hi19's submissions sound pretty exciting.
I'm sending: Galaxy by Acid-Paradox [Dubstep] I'm A Monster by Of Mice & Men [Metalcore] both being relatively easy songs with respects to flow and pr and I feel these have sufficient polish to be accepted. And finally, I am contemplating which hard file I should send: Densely layered bms song (think icy) Song which is easy (8th with a few 16ths) and then "spikes" to 201 BPM JS for the ending (people love spikes I heard) 200 BPM rigid pattern high-nps JS file Last edited by Coolboyrulez0; 08-21-2012 at 03:19 PM.. |
